Shipping

Orders within Canada, and to the USA, are shipped expedited via Canada Post, freight prepaid or UPS Ground. Changes to our shipping rates may occur without notice.
Depending on the volume of orders received, it may take 1-2 business days to process your order.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Merchandise will be invoiced at the prices in effect on the date of shipping. While we hope to maintain our prices as long as possible, they are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen increases in cost.

If you are a US customer, your credit card company will automatically convert the funds from Canadian to US dollars and that information will appear on your statement.


Damage in shipping

All merchandise sold hereunder will be shipped at the Buyer’s risk, and risk shall pass to the Buyer upon our delivery of merchandise to a carrier. Therefore, all claims involving loss or damage to merchandise should be solely against the carrier. Claims for damaged goods should be made directly to the carrier (Canada Post or UPS). Remember to retain all packing materials, including the box the goods arrived in, as carrier may need to inspect the damage.

Shortage

Claims for shortage are to be made in writing to The Bronze Frog Gallery (via fax or e-mail) within 5 business days from the receipt of goods.

Mail order returns

The authorisation of a Bronze Frog Gallery representative is required for any returns. The request must be made in writing (via fax or email). Returns will be refused unless they have been authorised and the goods are in their original cartons.
Items must be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items for return must be accompanied by a receipt. Items not accompanied by a receipt can be exchanged for their current value. No refunds without a receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Items may be returned within 15 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange or refund based on the original form of payment. Items returned must be in original packaging and unused.

Returns without an original sales receipt or beyond 15 days: Credit note will be issued to be valid for one year from the date of return. 


Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:

Follow these instructions to return any Bronze Frog Gallery Online purchase by mail.

  • Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.
  • Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note the reason why.
  • Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or if you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want. We will pay the costs for shipping if this is an exchange order.
  • Circle the name and address where we should send the receipt or exchange.
  • Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Shipping charges will be refunded if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Purchasing Guidelines

Click the Checkout link in the side navigation bar when you're ready to place your order.

All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag first and click "Update". When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

Accepted methods of payment

We are unable to accept cash or credit vouchers.
Bronze Frog Gallery Online accepts the following:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Check

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Tax Policy

We are required to collect Goods and Service sales tax on items shipped within Canada and Provincial tax on items shipped in Ontario.

Credit Card Safeguard

We safeguard the integrity of our customers' credit card information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. We use an authorized payment gateway which is secure. We do not keep any customer credit card information on our servers.

Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us.

SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers.

How do I know my credit card information is secure?

To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https."

Some browser versions and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders at BronzeFrogGallery.com Online. If for any reason you cannot access the secure server, please feel free to place your order with us by phone at 905.849.6338.

Shipping Policy

Bronze Frog Gallery Online ships via UPS to all North American destinations. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Shipping charges are based on location and weight of the purchased item. Occasionally you may have to call Bronze Frog Gallery Online for shipping cost estimates as some item are very heavy. If you have any questions about shipping please call us at 905.849.6338.

Orders normally arrive within 7 to 10 days, following credit card authorization. Posted shipping costs are for standard UPS ground shipping. If you need more rapid shipping, please call the gallery and place your order by phone.
